Family of Hugh Burns (5) & Maggie Stevenson

10. Mary Tonner Burns. Born on 2nd November 1890 in 80 Brook Street Camlachie. Mary Tonner died in Belvidere Hospital Glasgow Usual Res. 130 Millroad Street Glasgow on 17th17th October 1972, she was 81. Occupation: Cotton Piecer. Religion: RC.

On 26th May 1911 when Mary Tonner was 20, she married John Linden, son of Hugh Linden & Mary Wallace, in Sacred Heart Church Bridgeton Glasgow. Born abt 1888 in England. John died in 253 Duke Street. Us. Res. 3 Rockcliffe St. Bridgeton on 14th January 1956, he was 68.

They had the following children:

		i.	Teresa. Born in 1928 in Glasgow. Teresa died in Glasgow in 1989, she was 61. On 11th February 1956 when Teresa was 28, she married Francis J McMenemy, in Sacred Heart Chapel Bridgeton Glasgow.
		ii.	Anthony.
		iii.	Elizabeth. Elizabeth died on 17th April 1988 in Victoria Infirmary Glasgow Usual Res. 16 Arnprior Quadrant Glasgow. Elizabeth married Charles McGregor Fisher, son of Charles McGregor Fisher & Jessie Stevens Carswell. Born on 22nd March 1909. Charles McGregor died in Victoria Infirmary Glasgow Usual Residence 16 Arnprior Quadrant on 17th December 1976, he was 67.

11. John Burns. Born on 5th February 1893 in 20 Brown Street Bridgeton. John died in 510 Crookston Road Glasgow on 2nd May 1959 9pm, he was 66. Occupation: Steelworks Timekeeper.

On 22nd December 1917 when John was 24, he married Catherine Connelly, daughter of Peter Connelly & Margaret McCallum, in St. Rochs Chapel Glasgow. Born on 17th August 1893 in 10 Swan Street Glasgow.

They had one child:

Hugh. Born on 18th December 1918 6pm in 38 Rosemount Street Glasgow.

12. Bridget Burns. Born on 25th March 1911 in 41 Marlborough Street. Bridget died abt 1980, she was 68. Buried on 30th December 1980 in Lightburn Hospital Glasgow. Occupation: Hosiery Worker.

On 4th July 1930 when Bridget was 19, she married Robert Sinclair, son of Walter Allan Sinclair & Elizabeth Smith, in 160 Tollcross Road Glasgow. Born on 16th April 1908 in 54 McDougall Street Glasgow. Robert died in 73 Dervaig Street Glasgow on 6th January 1957, he was 48.

They had one child:

Margaret. Born on 11th December 1930 in Glasgow. Margaret died abt 2016, she was 85.
